Kitmode Help & Frequently Asked Questions

Kitmode is a sports-focused online store serving Lebanon. Its current catalog includes football jerseys for club and national teams, retro and kids jerseys, football shoes, shorts and other sports gear. Collections and availability change, so the Shop page is the source of truth for what can be ordered now.

Use the sizes and guidance on the exact product page because sizing can vary by product. Eligible jersey pages include a size guide with measurements in centimeters and may also provide a size finder based on height, weight and optional shoulder width. Select only a size currently shown as available.

Customization is available only when the product page displays it. On eligible jerseys, the page shows the available customization and patch choices together with any additional price. Review and select those options before adding the item to your order.

Check the current status and action button on the product page. Products that are sold out or offered on preorder are labelled there, and preorder products display an acknowledgement and estimated timeline before you place the order.

Open the Club Teams collection, choose a league and team, then check the season and available sizes on the product page. Customization is available only where that product shows the option.
